United Boxing Gym, Manila is located right in the heart of Malate, Manila. Call from a nearby train station and someone will gladly come and pick you up.


United Boxing Gym is the newest boxing gym in the Philippines. It is a no BS gym. You come here to train and that is what you will come and do. This is a no sweat, no glory gym.

Pure training for the tough. You will be training with United Manila's professional boxers.


United Boxing Gym is a members gym, which means that you as a member become part of our community, our family, ensuring that there is always space to work out, even at peak times.


All boxing classes are mixed, so students of all abilities are very welcome to attend.


The first, the warm up, includes the conditioning and stretching exercises needed to box. Boxing specific routines are included here.


5am Morning run with our professional boxers.

12 noon training:

Warm up with stretching the necessary parts used in boxing.

Our trainers will have you jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag, speed ball drills,

focus mitts, Agility Ladder, Agility cones, Shadow boxing, medicine ball workouts,

ab workouts.

You will learn how to hit properly, how to hit with power.

You will learn where the proper power comes from, how to increase speed, how to build stamina.


Striking- working in pairs using boxing gloves/pads.

Guard- drilling guard postures and defensive boxing techniques.

Movement- working on upper body movements and footwork.

Tactics- applying diverse strategies related to boxing and the different types of opponent.


Boxing technique is followed by exercises that will improve student's level of fitness and again incorporate boxing specific routines.
Sparring will be included in classes, but students are only asked to participate when they, and the instructor feels they are ready.
Our emphasis is on technical sparring as this ensures students are able to apply the taught techniques correctly in a live environment. It is also highly important if a boxer is to improve their skills.


Our boxing lessons are tough and thorough. You will be training with the best. Our gym is open to anyone who wishes to join. Be forewarned; the training you will receive is for fitness as well as boxing. Whether you wish to just do boxing for fitness or you wish to become a professional. United is here to help you.
Professionals who obtain a good record also receive the chance to train and fight in Tokyo, Japan at the United Boxing Gym, Tokyo.


We at United's Boot Camp are here forging mental toughness, an unbeatable mind and a warrior's spirit, as an intense crucible experience. The difference is UBC is built to teach through experience, rather than try to make you into a quitter.

5Am running. Breakfast. Rest.
9Am 30 minute Stretching session.


10Am Shadow Boxing Drills. Left Jab, Right Straight, 1-2 Combination, Hook, Uppercut.
11Am Heavy Bag workouts. Utilizing the above on the Heavy Bag.
12Pm Speed Ball and Footwork Drills. Speed Ball techniques, Footwork drills.
2Pm Focus Mitt workouts. Utilizing all the above in the ring hitting the mitts.
3Pm Conditioning Drills. Condition your body to improve stamina.
4Pm Cool Down and Stretching. The proper way to cool down and stretch.


The 3- Day Level 1 Camp is the entry point into learning the United's Boot Camp Philosophy, Methods, Movements, Standards & Skill Development-including the unique UBC methods for forging mental toughness and emotional resiliency. This program establishes a solid base of knowledge in training and living the United Way.


Level 2. 1 week. The Camp covers the full spectrum of UBC. Physical and Mental training. Level 2 includes more detailed instruction and training in the principles of United's strength, Stamina, Work Capacity, Endurance, Durability and Mental Toughness training. This Camp is a no BS Boxing training. The Best available and attracts students from around the world.
This is not for the faint hearted. You must have some level of fitness to join. Level 1 not required as prerequisite.

Same as Level 1 with additional Toughness program. Body weight training. Pull ups, Press ups, Mountain Climbers, Sit ups (10 Variations).


3 Week Immersion Camp. The 3 week Immersion Camp is the original program Coach Warren designed for Special Boxing Techniques.
This intense and extremely comprehensive camp is reserved for only 10 live-in candidates and is attended by professional boxers around the globe.
Your training will begin with levels 1-2 and will ballistically explode into the toughest training you will ever experience.


The same as levels 1 & 2 with additional sparring sessions. Technical boxing sessions.
